HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING?
We recommend securing your date 6-8 months minimum, prior to your wedding. This will increase the chances of our team being available.
HOW FAR DOES YOUR TEAM TRAVEL?
We travel within the greater Toronto area and in some cases up to 1 hour away from The Scarborough Town Centre.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR BRIDES?
We recommend all brides get false eyelashes and in some cases clip-in hair extensions depending on the style.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIAL?
We recommend booking your trial appointment 2-3 months prior to your wedding day.
DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?
Yes we do have a studio and it is located in Pickering.
WHAT DO I DO ABOUT MY LIP COLOR?
We will provide you and your bridal party with a one day supply of your lip color on the wedding day.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by credit card and e-transfer. Our artists do not accept any payments other than gratuities.
IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING REQUIRED FOR WEDDINGS?

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL COSTS?
We charge $1 per km going one-way to our city of destination starting from the Scarborough Town Centre. Please see our pricing page for a list of fixed rates.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK BOTH HAIR AND MAKEUP WITH YOUR COMPANY?
No you do not need to book both hair and makeup with us however, we do require a minimum wedding booking. Please see our pricing page for further details.
HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO DO HAIR AND MAKEUP?
We allow 40-45 minutes per service on the wedding day, 60 minutes for a single service trial (either hair or makeup not both) and 90 minutes for both a hair and makeup trial combined.
SHOULD I SEND YOU REFERENCE PHOTOS?
We love receiving reference photos as it helps us understand your vision. Narrowing it down to 2 photos is ideal. Before getting started we will review your reference photos and give our professional recommendation.
HOW MANY ARTISTS DO I NEED FOR MY WEDDING DAY?
A booking that exceeds 8 total services will require 2 artists and any which exceed 14 total services will require 3 artists. We will always advise the amount of artists needed for your wedding day.
DO I PAY A DEPOSIT TO BOOK MY WEDDING?
A 25% deposit is required to secure your wedding date, time frame and artists and trials must be paid in full upon receipt. Services can be added not removed once initial 25% has been made. All payments are non-refundable.
CAN BRIDESMAIDS OR MOTHER OF BRIDES BOOK A TRIAL?
They most certainly can and our trial prices would apply to them as well.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY INVOICE AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY DEPOSIT?
You can add services to your invoice if our time frame allows for it however, you cannot remove any services after you have paid your initial 25% deposit.
DO YOU TRAVEL TO ANY LOCATION FOR TRIALS?
We travel to specific locations only for trial appointments. Please see our pricing page for further details.
IS THERE A DEADLINE AS TO WHEN I CAN PLACE MY WEDDING DEPOSIT?
A 25% wedding deposit is required upon receipt, you can book your trial at the same time or you can reach out to us closer to your date.
